Alpha Kappa Psi (ΑΚΨ, often stylized as AKPsi) is the oldest and largest business fraternity to current date. The fraternity was founded on October 5, 1904, at New York University. Alpha Kappa Psi aims to develop members into ethical, skilled, and resourceful business leaders with the capability to drive positive impact throughout their lifelong journey.Alpha Kappa Psi's Delta Omicron Chapter was founded in 2012 at California State University, Long Beach (CSULB). Our overarching mission revolves around the well-being and professional growth of our members, not only during their college years but also as they pursue their future endeavors. Our fraternity is more than a network - we are a family of driven, growth minded individuals striving for excellence in both professional and personal life.

RUSH EVENT ITINERARY
Info week is Alpha Kappa Psi's designated period at the beginning of the semester where potential new members can meet current active brothers, and learn about our organization. This semester, info week will go from February 5th to February 13th, featuring three unique events that showcase the heart of our organization.

TYPES OF BUSINESS ATTIRE
CASUAL ATTIRE
Casual attire is relaxed and comfortable but still neat. It’s what you’d typically wear in informal settings.
Tops: T-shirts (plain or with subtle graphics), polo shirts, or casual button-ups. Avoid overly loud prints or logos.
Bottoms: Jeans (dark or light wash), chinos, or casual slacks. Avoid ripped jeans or sweatpants.
Shoes: Sneakers, loafers, or flats. Clean footwear makes a difference.
Accessories: Keep it simple—watches, small bags, or minimal jewelry.
BUSINESS
CASUAL ATTIRE
Business casual strikes a balance between relaxed and professional. It's often seen in workplaces or networking events.
Tops: Collared shirts, sweaters, polo shirts (tucked in for a cleaner look), blouses, knit sweaters, or turtlenecks.
Bottoms: Chinos, dress pants, dark, non-distressed jeans, pencil skirts. Avoid leggings unless paired with a formal top.
Dresses: Knee-length, tailored dresses (add a blazer if sleeveless).
Shoes: Loafers, Oxfords, brogues, dress boots, ballet flats, or low heels. Avoid sneakers.
Accessories: Subtle jewelry, belts, and structured handbags.
BUSINESS
PROFESSIONAL ATTIRE
Business professional is formal and polished, often required for interviews, presentations, or corporate events.
Suits: Matching blazer and trousers or knee-length pencil skirts in dark or neutral colors.
Tops: Long-sleeve, button-down dress shirts, silk blouses, or shells in white or light colors under blazers.
Ties: Solid or subtly patterned ties that complement your outfit.
Dresses: Knee-length, structured dresses in neutral colors (with blazers if sleeveless).
Shoes: Polished dress shoes like Oxfords or Derbies, closed-toe pumps, dress flats, or loafers in black or brown.
Accessories: Leather belts, watches, ties/pocket squares that match, minimal jewelry, structured handbags, and belts for a polished look.
